Pallets PLTBO

The main feature of PLTBO pallets is the predisposition to their positioning on the flanges of the reels that are located at the lower levels. They are suitable for the storage and handling of all models of reels with dimensions according to customer specification. For logistical reasons, the diameter of the flange does not usually exceed 1000mm. For the storage of reels having higher dimensions, special pallets which do not allow the overlapping at multiple levels can be manufactured

The number of overlapping levels depends on the dimensions of the reels stored (the higher the size of the coil, the greater the heights reached overlapping the pallets), on their quantity and their maximum weight (wound wire included). For safety reasons, the PLTBO with reels with wound wire are stacked up to a maximum of 4 levels. Their structure (loading capacity and dimensional characteristics) is designed according to the number of stored reels and to their position on the pallet. The standard model is manufactures with capacity up to 2000 kg, but more robust models are also available. All PLTBO pallets are designed to allow easy handling by forklift.

They are usually epoxy-painted (all RAL colors available) but, upon request, they are available also raw or hot galvanized.
