BCG Steel
Single flange pressed steel reel with dimensions according to DIN standards (46395/46397) or to customer specification. Manufactured from high quality materials, this type of reel is provided with curled flange rim that allows the lifting of the reel by means of hooks. It is also provided with ribs on the flanges that reinforce the structure without making it heavier. BCG reel is suitable for insulated cables, wires, strands, flat wire and hoses. A lightweight version for one-way shipping and provided with low-thickness metal sheets is available. As an alternative, a heavier model with increased thicknesses and suitable for multiple shipping or for internal process (extrusion, stranding, bunching, armoring, wire drawing at low speed) is available. The range of available thickness of the flanges includes a minimum of 2mm up to a maximum thickness of 6mm. Specially reinforced models are also available for the winding of bead wire or other heavy materials. This type of reel can be manufactures with the following flange diameters: 315, 400, 450, 500, 560, 600, 630, 760, 800 and 1000 mm.
The standard model is usually epoxy-painted on all surfaces, but other finishing treatments are available according to the customer requirements.
