The range of ATSOL equipment includes mechanical lifters for reels and mechanical lifters for coils.
Lifting devices for reels can be manufactured with No. 2 levers for the hooking under the flange rim when the reel is on its horizontal axis, or with a variable number of levers for coupling to the upper flange of the reel when it is on its vertical axis. The number of the levers depends on the maximum weight of the reel (included the wound material) and on the customer’s specific needs.
Lifting devices for coils are provided with mechanical levers which expand in the inner diameter of the coil, with or without cardboard tube, and allow the handling of it. All the ATSOL devices designed by A.Appiani srl are provided with an automatic coil locking/releasing system, and are made up of components made of special high yielding steel. Each device is designed based on the dimensions of the coils/reels to be handled and on the weights involved in lifting and can be adapted to the specific customer’s requirements. The ATSOL devices are individually tested to ensure proper functioning, and the absolute quality of welds is assured by the presence of certified welders according to EN 287. Each device is supplied with CE certification and user manual and is usually epoxy-painted on all the surfaces (all RAL colors available).
