Pallet PLTPL

Prearranged for the overlapping at multiple levels of pallet on pallet, the main feature of PLTPL is the presence of Nr 4 legs at the top, which have the function to support the pallet positioned at higher levels. Their function is the storage and handling of all the models of reels with dimensions according to customer specifications. For logistical reasons, the diameter of the flange does not usually exceed 1000mm. The number of the overlapped levels depends on the dimensions of the stored reels (the higher the size of the coil, the greater the heights reached), their quantity and their maximum weight (wound wire included). For safety reasons, the PLTPL with reels with wound wire are stacked up to a maximum of 4 levels Their structure (loading capacity and dimensional characteristics) is designed according to the number of stored reels and to their position on the pallet.

The standard model is manufactures with capacity up to 3000 kg, but more robust models are also available. All PLTPL pallets designed to allow easy handling by forklift. They are usually epoxy-painted (all RAL colors available) but, upon request, they are available also raw or hot galvanized.
